Terms of Use – Printed Comics / Digital Downloads


Welcome to BigKahunaMedia.Com! By browsing, buying, or creating an account on our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).

  • You agree to give us accurate information when you create an account or check out.

2. Placing Orders for Printed Comics

  • Adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them. Stock is only reserved when your payment is approved.

  • We’ll email you an order confirmation. That’s when the sale becomes official.

  • We can cancel orders if something is out of stock, damaged, or priced wrong.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are in USD and include/exclude sales tax as shown at checkout.

  • We accept only the payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Payment is taken when your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery of Printed Comics

  • We only ship in the United States. (No international orders at this time.)

  • Comics are packed in bags and boards and shipped in protective boxes.

  • Estimated delivery times are just estimates – we’re not responsible for carrier delays, or “porch pirate” theft once proof of delivery is shown.

5. Buying & Downloading Digital Products

  • When your payment is approved, you get an instant download link.

  • All sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

6. No Guarantees on Digital Products

  • Files are provided “as-is.” We test them, but we’re not responsible if they don’t open on your specific device or software version.

  • You’re responsible for having the right programs (Adobe Reader, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity, etc.).

7. What You Can’t Do on the Site

  • Share your account or download links

  • Bulk buy limited items just to resell at huge markups (we may limit quantities or cancel order)

  • Scrape the site, hack, or interfere with it

  • Use fake info or someone else’s payment method

  • Use the Site for anything illegal or harmful

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or damage to your device — that come from using (or not being able to use) our website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update Terms of Use from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas, USA.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
